I am not a consultant to anyone I am however a broker and if you wish to comment on margin requirements I strongly suggest you learn the rules. Just one point I will make regarding the inaccuracy of your post...There is no such thing as a FED mgn call. There is a house call, there is a stock exchange call, THERE IS NO FED MARGIN CALL!!!! Without meaning to insult you I quote " a little knowledge is a dangerous thing" As for my disdain of lawyers.. Mr Beltrain I've never lost to one, my animosity stems from the self serving, i know better than you, attitude most seem to have (congress, senate, president, pres wife, ambulance chasing shysters etc) see comments by Levitt (head ofSEC today re his own kind) I will again respect the proffesion (at one time I thought of going to law school) when the schools start turning out less and betterlawyers so that they don't have to behave like parasites and sue everyone in sight beliveing that the court system is thier licence to steal from an insurance co that is quick to settle. Perhaps a loser pays systems will prevent an excess of frivilous lawsuits and the legal profession can once again be held in some esteem, but for now IMNSHO they rank somewhat below hookers but above drug dealers
