While Merrill Lynch's Jeff Kauffman did lower his firm's intermediate-term rating to Neutral from Accumulate and its long-term rating to Accumulate from Buy he also stated "Atlas still has a lot of good value based on what could happen in 1998. I see the stock heading back up to the mid-30s by the end of 1998 once the Fed-Ex contract expires."
