February Oil Demand Lowest Since 1999

NEW YORK, May 1 (Dow Jones) - U.S. oil demand in February averaged 19.475 million barrels a day, its lowest level for the month since 1999, but up 1.6% from 19.17 million b/d in January, latest government data show.
