The corporation will be seeking TSX Venture Exchange approval for a private placement of 2.5 million shares at 30 cents per Class A common share and a further 833,333 units at 30 cents per unit, each unit consisting of one Class A common share and one-half of a warrant entitling the holder to acquire one Class A common share for each full warrant at a price of 31 cents per share for a period of one year from the date the private placement closes.
