Brooke, I believe the NDX and COMP will be ultimately reigned in by either the 13-day EMA or the 20-day EMA. The stick today does seem to indicate a solid interim bottom, but I doubt we move up much past the highs Tuesday on any gains. This is strictly an oversold bounce that is still within the confines of a serious downtrend.
