P/Bk is about 1.6 vs 5 year range of 0.6 - 3.6;
PSR 1.5 vs 5 year range of 0.3 to 2.4.
LT growth rate is estimated at 22%
In September, 95 price was $50.

Without a takeover, we're likely to see much more than $50 before the end of 98 (Micrascan III success presumed).

50 day MA is less than $25. I would suspect that the shareholders would not see more than $35 on a cash bid; if stock instead, I've no guess.

Hopefully the board of SVGI will have their interests aligned with the shareholders.
