I do know that Bill told me a couple of years back not to worry my pretty head over the financial strength of telecom equipment customers because they "had no choice" but to continue buying massive quantities of equipment -- a farsighted assertion if ever there was one. It should not be too surprising that sunw suffered a similar fate. It was about the same time he told me that oil prices don't matter and neither does the intafada. or the middle east in general for that matter -- another sharp insight.
