Hi Sam, apparently Washington has figured out that a consumer driven economic system without production isn't sustainable. Bears have been whining about this for ages so better late than never. A good chunk of debt must be written off and devaluation and [hyper]inflation are just about perfect for that. Ms. Consumer is simply too big to fail. The Japanese are supposed to be so smart but here they are hoarding gold instead of spending their hoards of cash in America. One would think that it would be in their interest to prop up their massive U.S. holdings. What a bunch of dopes. Have a nice day, BF
