Hi Jim ... I also applied the update for HarrisDirect this morning and haven't experienced any problems with it yet. I'm running WIN98 so perhaps its a platform-specific problem with WINXP. Will keep a close "eye" on it, though, just in case. Thanks for the warning. JM
