Check out XWC. Currently has an entry point at support on the middle bollinger band and the bands are headed up! 5,000 shares would only cost you a $1500. Great for a short term play!!! They are selling a device that allows Gas Co's to remotely read meters. Also, Mobile is one of their customers. Check out the chart: (enter XWC) finance.lycos.com
