Besides a good balence sheet, Videoserver managed to effectively stay profitable (ignoring the Promptus acquisition) during a difficult time in their corporate history.

IMHO, they remain the industry leader in a market which should continue to grow rapidly for quite some time. We'll see what Mr. Market thinks tomorrow.
