There are fund managers that are bailing from biotech, period. Getting out. This has happened in the past. The FMs have always, subsequently, looked silly. The fund, perhaps minus manager(s), scrambles back in later and at a higher price.

Why is it, again, that most fund managers don't beat market averages?
