The recently departed Apple clowns remind me of the long departed Novell clowns that botched the Word Perfect acquisition and lost $800 million. The fate of the Next acquisition may play out the same way as the Word Perfect acquisition did for Novell. However, I don't envision anyone dumb enough to buy Next for even 1/10th the price Apple paid.
