Timeline (not exhaustive <g>) for CRGN / ABGX antibody development (drawn from CRGN's PRs) -

Dec 1999 Original agreement

Aug 2000 ".. selected 24 targets..."

Mar 2001 "... CRGN have delivered 34 (oncology) targets to ABGX for antibody development..."

July 2001 "...and most recently elected 49 additional antibody targets for development with ABGX..."
"... pipeline comprised of 110 potential protein therapeutics, 168 antibody targets and 198 small molecule drug targets..."

Oct 2001 "... (CRGN & ABGX) have jointly elected to develop antibodies against 87 novel drug targets..."

April 25, 2002 "...The world's existing drugs have been developed based upon 350 gene-based targets. To date, CuraGen scientists have identified and are evaluating approximately 600 new gene-based targets that include 131 proteins, of which 5 have been advanced into validated therapeutic candidates; 226 antibody targets, from which we are evaluating 17 fully human monoclonal antibodies as potential therapeutics; and 261 small molecule targets, of which six screens have been successfully completed..."

May 2, 2002 "...CuraGen and Abgenix scientists have successfully developed highly-specific, fully human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) that precisely bind to PDGF D, a member of the Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) family..."
