SAMSys Technologies Names Tres Wiley, Experienced RFID Strategist As Chief Operating Officer

Wiley, formerly with Texas Instruments' RFID Systems Business has joined SAMSys to oversee the company's operations, corporate development and spearhead sales growth. Wiley brings over 20 years of senior management experience with RFID, telecommunications, GPS, information security, and ultrasound technologies. Most recently Wiley acted as Strategy Manager for emerging businesses within Texas Instruments' RFID Systems Business, responsible for establishing the marketing strategy for its smart label and m-commerce segments. Prior to his work at Texas Instruments, Wiley worked for Motorola for twenty years in various engineering, program management, business development, and marketing roles. Previous to Motorola, Wiley was product manager for ADR Ultrasound, Inc., managing a line of portable ultrasonic scanners used in obstetrics and internal medicine. |
