Actually, from 1966 to 1982 a full 16 years, the Dow was locked in the 500 to 1000 range, not ten years.

In edit, just got back in OAKT at $13.15. That is a double position, I have some from $14.89, but did a double up trip from $13.25 to above $14 and promised to try and duplicate that one again.
