Thanks for posting that, Nadine. It helped me make up my mind about Hersh. He obviously doesn't know what he's talking about, and I doubt he has the good sense to come in out of the rain.

There is nothing unethical about a prosecutor publicly commenting on matters of record prior to trial.

Moussaoui talking in court has nothing to do with what he would say in private -- several people just got indicted for carrying messages for Al Qaeda defendants -- including his lawyer. I don't like it, but sometimes a balance has to be struck in the public interest. No constitutional right is without limit.

One more bloviating pundit strikes the dust.
