"Do we wait for a new low to step into CLGY?" While the answer to that should probably be: "You have to be out of your mind to put any money in the market right now" (I have what was left of my ill-gotten gains in SUNW at $10.67), I'll honor your pen-name, and say that yes, one must wait 15 days after the gap-down and only buy on volume significantly higher than the previous three days, so long as the stock closes at least two ticks above its intraday low. Rotsa ruck.
