Cisco makes quality products that add real value to the customer. Of the 8 stocks you list, ORCL, SUNW, AOL, EMC and much of IBM sell products that the customer would be better off without - in my opinion. The market has finally found this out. So while CSCO may indeed reach single digits, it is not because all the other stocks you list have, it is because of overvaluation.
