George, how I long for true statesmen in Congress. The lengths that they go to in order to appeal to their local constituency boggles the mind.

That said, I doubt it has much effect on the market near term. I think the damage is that we'll be paying for years to come for this lack of recognition of the gravity of the problem in that area by our leaders the past year (Sorry for all the prepositional phrases).
