Clinton was fortunate enough to have the integrity to try and build a better future for the American people. That is why the economy prospered under his guidance. The Bush policy is to protect the lazy great-grandchildren of people who made fortunes in the first industrial revolution. They just want tax and estate laws that will let them collect simple interest without risking the principal.
