jj, that was a weekly chart, and based on your reasoning, we should have rallied in mid-Feb. 2001 (we actually dropped about 800-points from there).

The BB's are pinched, and the VIX should be moving up to higher levels over the next few weeks. Check the MACD and stochastics.
