ORCL broke through its Bollinger Band today, not a bullish sign by any means, but if you look at how stochastics have bottomed out, and how low OBV is, it's clear there is a turnaround due. How big will it be? Very hard to say.
Typically, when ORCL breaks through the lower level of its BB, buyers begin to appear the next trading day. This has allowed it to gain anywhere from 2-3 points over about a 7-12 day period.
We could be back up to 10 by mid May.

Of course, the market is really what will drive this. It would help if ORCL stepped up and said something.
