To what extent would Wstreet work to achieve their desired end? Or, once we achieve parity (say, greater than 70% conversion) will the pressure from Dell's stock price be removed?

How crazy would the underwriters become if Dell did a reverse stock split with a creative rights offering to existing shareholders?
