Hi MeDroogies: What time period do you use for OBV? I use the 14 day cumulative change. From what I can tell, we are within one or two trading days from reaching a low on the OBV (now -738 million).

I also noticed that we achieved a lower low on lower volume when measured from the 3/4 sell off (over 200 million shares). However, I would still like to see a lower low with less than 100 million shares traded for the day.

I have begun to nibble on a few shares but plan to accumulate some long term shares and shares for some swing trades. If they can achieve earnings next year of $0.40, then you get the stock at a 20 PE. IMO future earnings growth will accelerate as IT spending picks up from current levels. When that occurs, Mr. Market will price in a higher growth rate.

I did notice that yesterday there were quite a few large block sells which signals to me that some large mutual funds were exiting the stock. Perhaps this was the Janus fund dumping their shares. You will never get the exact low but we are pretty close IMO.
