When you say : "you and I operate in God's universe", and I say "none of up operates in any god's universe because there is no god", both our propositions have the exact same value.

I disagree that both of our statements have the exact same value. One of us speaks truth and the other is speaking a lie. Now we can argue as to who is doing what, but saying that both of our statements carry the same value is not true. For when truth is involved, there is not an and/or relationship but an either/or.
