There must be a lot of frantic activity over WCOM. I just got an email from Quick and Reilly saying that a buy order for 1000 WCOM had been turned down for insufficient funds.

The problem with this is I never PLACED any such order. Guess someone hit the wrong key--I can't see anything in any accounts about such an order and the guy I talked to didn't see anything. At this point WCOM is clearly not marginable, so I guess keeping a debit balance is a good thing to prevent any mistake like that.
