It is very sad to see this happening within the Catholic Church, especially at a time when Western society (so closely associated with Christianity, including Catholicism) is increasingly being seen as the Great Satan. Tenchusatsu, I can understand that view but its really a misconception. The reality is that the Catholic Church is becoming healthy after decades, maybe centuries, of institutionalized pedophilia. Having said that, I understand why the people of Boston are so p*ssed at Cardinal Law. He is the guy who acted as a cover for Shanely......the man/boy love priest, transferring him from parish to parish. How this cardinal could look the other way is amazing. Shanely is sick and that, I guess, is the best explanation for his behavior. However, Cardinal Law is in some ways something worse........a sociopath at best. All those kids molested because of him. A pox on his head! ted
