Paul Allen to Sell Stake in USA Networks By Michael Dunn 05/03/2002 11:24 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Microsoft MSFT co-founder Paul Allen has filed to sell his entire 19.95 million share stake in USA Networks USAI for $28.50 a share. According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission , Allen will sell the shares to various purchasers. Allen's planned sale price represents a discount to USA Networks' Thursday close of $29.35. Shares of USA Networks were recently up 2.4% to $30.06.
