That's right, Jim ... INTC already is at .13um and will soon be in high volume on 300mm. Not only has AMD lost the MHz race, but they are no where near being equal to INTC on wafer cost. You know, with Prescott looming, Intel will need their 90nm process running soon for 1st silicon. Maybe a quarter or so away? With Intel's .13u process running so well, it's not too hard to believe that 90nm is pretty close to a reality... EP
