I never gave a sh#t about interest rates. What matters is the real interest rate and the allowed credit line corporate can trade at the bank.
Why should I care about interest rates, when JPM tells me I should sell bonds on the market coz. they are cutting my lines?
Guv. interest rates, bonds, repo don't mean a thing outside the bank's woild. The interest paid on mortgages or on loans matters.
Geez! My mortgage was negociated at 4.34% here, 3 years ago while ufficial CB rate was 4.25.
Real interest matters.
How much does a mortgage costs in the US? Current CB rate at 1.75%
