Michael - Re: "Earnings Growth" There is an old expression in the Semiconductor business which I believe is still appropriate: "If you're not growing, you're dying". In this business (semis) GROWTH is paramount. The competitive landscape is such that new technology, new companies, etc. will rapidly replace any related technology area that stagnates. Paul
