ASND being in the AWRE camp, of course, this can certainly be read as a positive for Aware. My take is that this is more about the tremendous potential for Telecom Equipment sales in China - which is the World's largest growth market for communications. ASND is no doubt extremely pleased, as linking up with Telcos is the "Holy Grail" for DataCom suppliers. The positives for ASND are prob. greater than for AWRE. With ALA working on it's own xDSL solutions (& rumours of licensing deals for ANSI & ETSI compliance) if I were AWRE I might be looking over my shoulder. Any way you slice it though, there is no good news for AMTX here.
