Does Takara Sake make an amazake (sweet sake-with rice still in)?

Tomato-san...
I really enjoyed the amazake (sweet) and ki-sake (local specials) when I was in Japan. Would the Takara brewery do anything like that?

I didn't read all the posts, but it sounds like you're planning Sunday at noon at Pyramid? I was planning on stopping by there Monday on business.

I like the way use precise measurements when cooking. It looks like you've simplified even more than I. You use only one measure: "some". I use two different measures: "looks like too much", and "ooops, too much". Garlic always gets the second measure....speaking of which, the Gilroy Garlic Festival is coming up July 25-27...any garlic heads ready for an aromatic gathering?

See garlicfest.com for more....
