This requirement of a commitment does explain a lot. Zander is 55 and he wants to run his own company before it is too late. By leaving now, he leaves on good terms. Plus, he wasn't going to stay forever. I see this as time for a new generation to take charge at Sun under Scott's leadership. Unfortunately, we may have many bumps down the road, but I think in a year or two this period will have been viewed as a excellent time to have bought the stock if you can hold that long.
