DICK ARMS ON CNBS -- SAYS YESTERDAY WAS HIGHEST ARMS INDEX READING ON NAZ HE'S SEEN -- (either ever or since June of 1999, I can't remember which). PARAPHRASE: "WE COULD BE ON THE BRINK OF AN EXPLOSIVE RALLY IN THE NASDAQ." I checked and, on a closing basis only, yesterday's TRINQ was second highest only to June of 1999 during the past three years, but there have been spikes much, much higher. Question: Is the guy dottering and hoping for a few seconds in the limelight before kicking the big one, or ... what? He said nothing about TICK counts, etc. He also says DOW is about to take off... augie
