First time I catch Dick Arms on TV...looks like a very decent fella :)..mentioned the double duce signal i.e two days in a row of over 2 closing arms index readings...9 outta 10 times it signaled major market bottoms ...only exception late August 01 just before WTC... He also mentioned most oversold readings on Naz ever....I think since he kept Naz records in 1975???... The Naz fire storm rages on and on....I can't wait to see the fire lilies.
