Arms Index (Trin), Dick Arms,famous for the Arms Index or Trin, was on CNBC,and said that yesterday's Trin on the Nasdaq was the highest he has ever seen. He said this usually presages an explosive Market turn to the upside. He mentioned that on the NYSE the Trin was over 2 last Friday and Monday,only for the 10th time since he has been tracking it.We did move up on Wednesday and Thursday.He said that 9 out of those10 times it did presage an explosive move up.
