"however if someone starts shooting at me, or the doctor tells me I have inoperable brain cancer then I will almost certainly experience some fear. Are your fears centered on passing from this life? or are they centered on the difficulties that you would encounter suffering with the brain trama, etc? I can imagine someone having concerns for their dependants and regretting the time limits to prepare for departure but that is a different issue also.
