I said that FNM and FRE are "targets", but am not sure they will decline by much. I think that JPM is a much better target in that sector. From time to time we are going to hear Greenspan and others criticizing the special status that FNM and FRE have, and that may cause others in the sector (AGM) to tremble. If you insist, I think that FNM could possibly get down and retest the low, maybe breach them to the $70 area, not much more.
