If the bait is good enough, the lab rats will queue to have the implants. I have been offered very minimal bait to perform for other chimpoids in various jobs and they had me working 12 hour non-stop shifts pouring concrete from 6 pm until 6 am and doing a lot of other jobs for a very meagre ration of rat bait. So, if It offers some wonderful bait in quantity, there will be no shortage of volunteers lining up to get the pleasure centre stimulation. People drink booze, smoke cigarettes and fill their brains with plant poisons to get a pleasure centre, endorphin or whatever kick the chemicals give them. They spend quite a lot of their income on such things. If they can get all the great feelings by signing up for the service, I think there'll be a crowd. You'll be demanding yours. Mqurice
