OK, if it's just fear, how come:

MSFT- 25,000 block bought at 16:23, price $50.56
MSFT- 25,000 block sold at 16:22, price $49.56
MSFT- 14,300 block bought at 16:23, price $50.57

INTC- 200,000 block bought at 16:23, price $26.95

Could the low VIX be simple exhaustion? I think it's foolish to say "this indicator=that". VIX simply measures volatility. If all of the fearful investors have already fled and only the stalwarts remain, what would you expect the volatility to do?

"Fear is just starting to rise"... Only a fool says he KNOWS what is going to happen and states his personal belief as fact.

Sort of like a religionist stating what GOD IS.
