"A lie is a lie, was it? If it was I ain't buying this stock", Let me put it this way. If they had an agreement it would be very big news and the company would of issued a news release. Again they will never mine Tambo Grande. They can make deals with individuals to drill in their backyard but moving the town is something completely different.
