NDX Long - VELOCITY 148.4 Million**BULLISH Double
Oversold Lowest TA Since 10/30/01

I have a low reading of 146.1 on Feb. 28th, 2002. Also, on that day, the long/short ratio of the regular series
was 18.53. Yesterday's ratio was 22.92%, the highest reading, so far.

Mar 1st was the start of a nice little rally. We are getting close to another one, imo. But not quite yet.
