NV - How on earht od you know how much "tech" spending ( whatever that might encompass) will be when the economy recovers to good growth. You have no better idea than anyone else and the truth is that no-one knows for sure. All we doknow is that right now the economy is still in a slump but recovering and that one day it is going to recover fully. Best, L
