WP - Sorry to disturb your interpretation of the British real estate market. The Britsh residential real estate market is only showing big gains in certain parts of the Country and mainly in certain parts of London and the South East. Most of that has to do with the drop in interest rates arising from a move toward EU interest rates. Given the EU unemployment crisis it is unlikely that EU rates will do anything except reduce. Any further economic problems in Europe and they will have Mr Le Pens not only in France but also in Germany and we all know what happens then. The Euopreans were scared sh-tless when Le Pen came second ....forget about interest rate rises in Europe. Turkeys don't vote for Christmas. Best, L
