John, I don't think you ever saw an International agreement that you did not want us to sign, but here is one I am glad we kicked.

Yep, just finished reading the Times this morning. We should have signed that one a long time ago. You cannot get a seriously enforceable international criminal court without US participation.

As for Kissinger and war crimes, I think a serious case can be made for unacceptable US involvement in the overthrow of the Allende govt in Chile in the 70s. I have no idea whether it rises to the level of a war crime but it was certainly unacceptable foreign policy.
