whether it rises to the level of a war crime When you look at the "Third World" peoples states that are passing resolution after resolution against Israel on any pretext, it is easy to imagine what they would do to us if they had this court available. On a moral level, I object to a lot that the USA now does to me without my permission. I certainly don't want them to agree to open me up to charges from other countries. This type of thing leads to the "Black Helicopters" charges that the militia types holler about. BTW, go back and make sure you read the column I posted from the German Columnist.
