cacaito:
you make some very good points.

"My Caveat: ABTI charts are showing a very strong distribution pattern (I call this
hemorrhagic trickle down), going into the type III study August announcement I
think is at best a simple case of profit taking, or terrible warning and key people
know something (bad results coming), or a case of manipulation to accumulate
under the shadow getting small investors scare so they can pick it up cheaper."

i use tc2000 as well and the distribution pattern has slowed down in significantly in the past two day. as a matter of fact some large trades on the buy side have taken place. just what i want to see. vvus is a good example. could it be the same here. drive the price down then accumulate prior to release. i am playing it that way. i may pick some more up today if the pattern continues.

as to the product. i am not knowledgable with this but i am again playing on the hunch that those deals (lipo and others) caused the market to overeact with respect to biotech's. i will leave it up to you to keep us informed as to viability of product. what is your opinion of impending rpt.
