This is why I said it was hopeless in a way that Kmart was hopeless. People shop there because they don't yet have a better choice closer. As soon as they do, forgettaboutit, its dead meat. My Kmart closed up six months after Walmart came to town. The Rite Aid near my office died as soon as the CVS was put in near it. The one that still survives is next to a large population of elderly folks who don't drive.
